Recipe : Rice Gudeg



 Ingredients
 
► 1 kilogram Young jackfruit chopped
► 200 grams of brown sugar in comb
► Coconut milk condensed
► 10 eggs boiled
► bay leaves 2 or 3 pieces
► 1 liter of coconut water
► galangal sliced
 
Seasoning spice puree
 
► Onion 15 cloves
► 10 cloves garlic
► Kemiri 10 pieces roasted
► Coriander 2 teaspoons
► One-half teaspoon pepper Salt
 
How to Make Dry Gudeg
 
► Wash with clean jackfruit
► Provide Casserole (kendil) for cooking, put the bay leaf then galangal and also input jack fruit, boiled eggs and brown sugar
► Put the coconut milk half of it and then enter the spice paste mix until well blended
► Put half the coconut milk in a saucepan until jackfruit submerged. then cook
► Cooking ingredients with a covered pot for about two hours. If the water is reduced even exhausted separate boiled eggs
► Coconut milk is poured while stirring nangkanya stirring.
► The poached eggs put back until submerged along with jackfruit
► Cook ingredients over low heat about four hours. Allow it to turn brown and the sauce is finished.
