Recipe : Sapo Tofu Chicken ( Chinese Food )



Ingredients
Material
• 2 chicken breast halves, cut into pieces

• 1 clove garlic
• 2 tablespoons fish sauce
• 2 tablespoons soy sauce

Complement:
• 1 teaspoon sesame oil
• sago starch solution (mix ½ tablespoon corn starch + ½ cup water)
How to make
• Heat oil and fry all ingredients together with spices, add 2 cups water
