Recipe : Cah Kailan ( Chinese / Tiongkok Food )


Ingredients
material
• 500 g kailan, peeled bark loud, remove old leaves, cut into 5 cm
• 4 cloves garlic, peeled, crushed
• 4 cm ginger, clubbed to rupture
• 100 ml broth
• 2 tablespoons cooking oil
Sauce
• 2 tsp soy sauce
• 2 tbsp oyster sauce
• 1 tsp sugar
• 6 tablespoons water
• 2 tsp cornstarch
How to make
• kailan Boil in boiling water (3 minutes), remove and drain.
• Saute the garlic and ginger until fragrant, put kailan, stirring. Add the stock, cover, bring to a boil and cook for 5 minutes
• Open the lid, put the sauce, stirring quickly until all kailan covered sauce. Remove and serve immediately
