Recipe : Chicken Sauce Lemon ( Chinese Food )
Ingredients
material
• 300 grams of beef haas / scrubs in, thinly sliced
• ½ tsp ground white pepper
• ½ teaspoon salt
• 1 onion, cut into chunks
• 1 red pepper, cut into chunks
• 1 green bell pepper, cut into chunks
• 1 teaspoon cornstarch (mixed with 1 tablespoon of water)
seasoning
• 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
• ½ tbsp fish sauce
• 1 teaspoon sesame oil
• ½ tablespoon soy sauce
• 1 tbsp pepper / black pepper, roughly mash
• ½ tsp sugar
• 150 ml water
How to make
• Pepper the sliced beef with salt and pepper and let stand 15 minutes
• Saute garlic and onion until fragrant
• Add the sliced meat and cook until it changes color
• Enter the fish sauce, sesame oil, soy sauce, black pepper and sugar, then add water. Cook until water is absorbed and the meat is tender.
• Add the chopped green and red peppers and stir until wilted
• Pour the cornstarch mixture and stir until thickened
• Remove and serve
